  1. What is PMA.com.my
    PMA.com.my is an online fashion store set up by  a registered company in Malaysia.  For more information about us please refer to our Home Page.
     
  2. How do I place an order?
    Please see our Purchase Guideline page.
     
  3. Can you provide Fashion Catalogue?
    All apparels can be viewed at our online store. We do not provide catalogues as our styles are updated on a regular basis.
     
  4. Can orders be made by phone?
    All orders are processed via our online stores. However if you need assistance in making your orders you can contact us at 6016 - 2701520 and our Sales executives will be happy to assist you.
     
  5. Are your pricing retail or wholesale prices?
    All pricing are wholesale price and the recommended retail price should be at least 40% more.  Please note that our pricing does not include shipment, duties and taxes.
     
  6. Are there any other charges?
    You will only be invoiced for the goods you ordered and the shipping costs. We are not responsible for your bank charges and duties and taxes at your respective countries.
     
  7. Do I need to arrange for shipping of goods?
    No, we will arrange all shipment of goods by EMS China. Details of the rates can be found at our Shipping Rate Charts page.  
     
  8. Will the goods be delivered to my warehouse?
    Yes. You are required to provide your delivery address when you place your orders.
     
  9. Are there different sizes for your apparels?
    Most of our styles come in one free size. If there are different sizes available for any particular style, the information will be shown at Product description.
     
  10. Is there a minimum quantity that I need to order?
    We would require a minimum order of USD150.  You are allowed to mix and match the different styles, colours and sizes to this amount.
     
  11. Are your merchandise new or used?
    All our merchandise is new and comes directly from the factory.
     
  12. Do you have a return policy?
    Yes. Please refer to our Purchase Guidelines.
     
  13. How do I pay?
    We accept most payment modes. Payment can be made by iPay/ Credit cards/ TT transfer. Please Refer to Purchase Guidelines for full details.
     
  14. How fast can you deliver my orders?
    All orders will be delivered within 2 weeks from the date of payment.
     
  15. Can you manufacture my own line of clothing and designs?
    Yes. You will need to provide us your designs and meet out minimum manufacturing quantity for each design. Please email us for more information.
