Step 1: Register as a member by setting an account with us. Click on Create an account and fill up the details.

Step 2 : Once you have created an account, you can then log in and place your orders.

Step 3 : Select your merchandise from our full range and place in shopping cart. Please note that there is a minimum order of USD150 per shipment. You may mix and match your orders to achieve this amount.

Step 4 : When you have completed your shopping, just click check out.

Your whole process will include the delivery information, payment method and final confirmed orders. Once you complete the relevant steps, your orders will be processed.

Shipping and Handling

We ship worldwide. – Parcels and shipping fees to your destination will be calculated during check out. Once payment is received, we will process your orders and have it delivered to you within 2 weeks.

All orders are shipped from China via EMS China services. You will receive a tracking number that will enable you to keep track of your shipment.

You may be subjected to import duties, tax, Vat or custom fees which are imposed by your respective countries. You are responsible for paying these additional charges.

Exchanges and Returns.

We are very careful with the merchandise that we deliver and we have in place quality control for our goods. However should you receive any defective merchandise, please inform us immediately via emails or phone. Once we have confirmed with the defective goods, we will replace, exchange or credit the amount of the defective merchandise to your account.

We will require that you return all defective goods with the original tag, unworn within 7 days to PMA.com.my
